He offers specialized strengths in the beauty, fashion, footwear, luxury goods, and retail industries and successfully applies a unique insider approach to the business of executive search.
Randy’s background includes roles as a Merchant and Fashion Director in the categories of Men’s, Children’s, Cosmetics and Home for Lord & Taylor, Men's Fashion Director for San Francisco based Macy's West; as well as VP US Merchandising for Gianfranco Ferre; and Director of Fashion & Retail Marketing for Esquire Magazine.
Most recently he was VP Business Development for a prominent boutique executive search firm in New York City servicing the fashion, retail and wholesale sectors. In 2008, he was awarded Management Recruiters International Pacesetter Award which recognizes the best recruiters in MRI Worldwide. Prior, he was included in "The A List of Ten Elite Men’s Wear Merchants between Runway and Retail" (Cover article – DNR / January 5, 2004). Randy received his BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University.
