The age-old business philosophy of putting people first is somehow never dated. We know you are committed to creating the best in eyewear and sunwear, but we also believe that the manner in which you conduct your business is nothing short of visionary. Old school style.
I have had a long term relationship with Bryan and his team at JBC. Since we are a small family business, we do not have an HR department and therefore our relationship with JBC is even more critical. Finding the right team members for a small, "hands-on" organization is not always simple. I can always rely on JBC to bring us good, qualified candidates that are right for the position and are a good fit for our company. We have gotten many of our long-term employees from JBC. Not only are they a pleasure to work with, but they "get us" and understand our needs and always find excellent candidates.
